As you may know the Methodist Circuit have decided to sell the redundant Methodist Church and Hall on the corner of High Street opposite the turning to Pontings Close.

Public Meeting Wednesday 14th September - North Swindon Parish Boundary Changes
People living in North Swindon are being asked to attend a public meeting next week to discuss the proposed split of Blunsdon St Andrew Parish Council into two separate parished areas.
Under Swindon Council’s proposals to parish the entire borough, a new St Andrew’s Ridge Parish Council could be formed that would see the existing Blunsdon St Andrew Parish Council no longer covering the newly built North Swindon area within its boundaries, with the A419 serving as the dividing line.

Pump Hunt For Sewage Station Owners
- Thames Water to take on the responsibility of 4,000 sewage pumping stations from property owners and managers
- Utility will take over electricity and maintenance costs under new legislation, potentially saving customers thousands of pounds
- Firm appeals for help tracking 1,800 ‘missing’ stations
Thames Water is appealing to customers to help identify privately owned sewage pumping stations.
