Exciting New Development at Kingsdown
Last year, Swindon Borough Council resolved to grant Outline Planning Permission for Persimmon Homes' proposal to deliver a major new mixed-use development at Kingsdown.
Persimmon Homes is now developing a Design Code to shape the detailed design of the Kingsdown project.
We are keen to engage the local community in the preparation of this Design Code and would welcome your thoughts on design options we are considering.
